Pure Cafe in Southlake changes ownership, to update menu this year

Quyen Tong became the new owner of Pure Cafe in November. Part of the ownership change has included the cafe’s switch to all-organic produce. Tong said the cafe will also update its menu this year as well as the addition of seasonal selections and take-home dinners.
