Trash collections in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake continue to be delayed because of wintry conditions across North Texas.

Community Waste Disposal, which services Southlake, Colleyville and Trophy Club, has delayed residential collections scheduled for Jan. 27. Southlake residential collections are expected to resume Jan. 29, while Trophy Club trash collections are expected to resume Jan. 28.
Republic Services, which collects trash in Grapevine, is expected to resume normal services Jan. 29 after canceling service Jan. 27, according to a city social media post.
Additionally, city officials have modified hours for municipal facilities Jan. 27.
Colleyville’s city offices and library will be open Jan. 27, while the recreation and senior centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Programs at the library, recreation center and senior center are all canceled, according to a city social media post.
Southlake, Trophy Club and Grapevine facilities will remain closed Jan. 27 because of the icy conditions.

The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex remains under an extreme cold warning until 9 a.m. Jan. 27, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures are expected to climb to 35 degrees by noon Jan. 27, based on NWS forecasts.
Once the temperature goes above freezing, roads are expected to improve Tuesday afternoon.
