District announcements state Carroll and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD will reopen their campuses and facilities Thursday, Jan. 29, following a three-day closure due to winter weather.

Both districts will operate under their normal hours, per the announcements. The GCISD announcement says the district has enough instructional minutes banked and the missed class time will not need to be made up.
Both announcements state that district maintenance crews have been removing ice and snow from the properties, including sidewalks, parking lots, entrances and drop-off areas.
