According to a news release, CraftWay Kitchen signed a 10-year lease for a 4,157-square-foot space in the Gateway Plaza Shopping Center.
CraftWay Kitchen features a weekend brunch, lunch, dinner and a full bar with built-by-hand cocktails by in-house drink experts, according to a news release.
The menu includes appetizers, soups, salad, bowls, sandwiches and entrees such as crab cakes, bone-in pork chops, BBQ baby back ribs, beef Wellington, steak and cajun pasta.
The backstory
According to previous reporting, Mike Hutchinson and Troy Cooper opened CraftWay Kitchen in Plano in 2019. They originally met years ago when they both worked for Rockfish Seafood Grill.
CraftWay Kitchen is moving into a location which was formerly The Toasted Yolk Cafe.
