The new additions include seafood restaurant Dock Local, fried chicken restaurant Firebawks Hot Chicken and Italian restaurant Pizza by Luigi.
Dock Local will bring coastal cuisine to Harvest Hall. Menu items will include Maine lobster rolls, regional shrimp and fish tacos as well as a few items available exclusively at the Grapevine location, according to a press release.
Dock Local opened in 2019 and has three other locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Owner M. Brett Curtis was inspired to create Dock Local after living in coastal areas, according to the restaurant’s website.
Firebawks Hot Chicken will bring chicken cuisine to Harvest Hall. According to a press release, the restaurant will offer various fried chicken dishes including the Chicken Sammy which features fried chicken, fresh coleslaw, pickles and ComeBawk sauce on a brioche bun.
Firebawks Hot Chicken concept was created by Niddal Abedraddo, founder of ZaTaR Mediterranean, another restaurant currently inside Harvest Hall.
Pizza by Luigi will bring modern and traditional Italian cuisine to Grapevine. The restaurant will feature pizza combining Roman and Neapolitan recipes alongside generational recipes influenced by Milan.
Menu items will showcase scratch-made dishes. The restaurant will also focus on fresh ingredients and locally source its produce when possible. Due to this, the menu will be subject to change depending on what produce is available.
“These three new kitchen partners all aim to fill a gap in the Dallas-Fort Worth culinary community, from authentic and affordable Italian cuisine, coastal specialties and Nashville hot chicken," Harvest Hall Director of Operations Mitch Johnson said in a press release. "Guests will continue to experience global delicacies as they always have at Harvest Hall.”
