Solidcore, a workout facility, will be opening two additional locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

According to the website, locations in Southlake and Plano will open in the summer of 2025.

Solidcore provides a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer. Core workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so they build back stronger, according to the website. Workouts are 50 minutes.

There are currently three locations in Dallas, three in Austin and five in Houston, according to the website.

The Southlake location will move into the location that formerly housed The Ginger Man and Cowtown Brewery, both bars/restaurants. The location has been vacant since Cowtown Brewery closed June 24, 2023.


The renovations in Southlake, within Southlake Town Square, is $350,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. The timeline shows the construction will start June 5 and end on Sept. 1.

Solidcore will be going into The Shops at Legacy East in Plano, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The construction timeline is June 1 start and an Aug. 1 completion, according to online filing. The construction project is also $350,000.
