The Collin County Association of Realtors has been renamed Collin County Area Realtors as part of a rebranding effort, according to a Sept. 13 news release.

The rebrand is an effort to reflect the association’s diverse membership that spans beyond Collin County. By rebranding, the association aims to ensure all members are reflected in its brand and voice, according to the news release.

“The real estate landscape across the metroplex has evolved significantly, and our organization must adapt to reflect our membership,” President Shana Acquisto said in a statement. “Our new name reflects our commitment to inclusivity, growth, and supporting the real estate industry across Collin County as well as the surrounding areas.”

The rebrand includes a new logo; however, the association’s staff, leadership, website locations and advocacy efforts have not changed, according to the news release.

The association serves more than 10,500 Realtor and affiliate members, according to Texas Realtors’ website. The association has satellite offices in Dallas, Frisco, McKinney and Sachse.

More than 1,000 brokerage offices are listed on the association’s directory, including offices in Allen, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Grapevine, Lewisville, McKinney and Richardson.
