Phase 2 includes four new buildings with 315 new apartment units located at 15950 Paramount Way as part of the PGA Parkway luxury apartments development, according to the news release. Phase 2 is part of a four-phase development plan that will include 1,310 apartment units in total.
The new phase will include its own pool, amenities and a clubhouse, according to the release. It will feature 11-foot ceilings in select units, smart home technology in each unit and a valet service.
Dallas-based real estate investors Carbon Companies and Greenway Investment Company completed construction on The Links Phase 1 in December 2021, which included 375 units and is fully leased, according to the release.
Preleasing is expected to be available in December.
