California Pizza Kitchen closed its Frisco location at Stonebriar Center in mid-July. A company spokesperson said the closure was "until further notice" due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and "related lease challenges" with its landlord.

"We have loved serving the Frisco, TX community and thank our guests and business neighbors for their patronage," a company spokesperson said via email. "We invite everyone to join us at our other nearby locations—including CPK Willow Bend—and look forward to providing our guests the same fresh, California inspired cuisine we have been serving for over 35 years.”
