1. Central McKinney Kroger store slated for closure, officials confirm
Company officials confirmed the planned closure of a Kroger store in central McKinney, located at the intersection of Lake Forest Drive and Eldorado Parkway. An exact closing date has not been announced by company officials, but staff at the store said the location is expected to close in early March. The closure is part of a larger company-wide initiative to improve efficiency and the company’s long-term financial health, Kroger representative John Votava said.

2. GCISD sees departure of 3 district employees
Three Grapevine-Colleyville ISD district employees are leaving this month, including Executive Director of Athletics Todd Raymond, Chief Technology Officer Kyle Berger and Chief Financial Officer David Johnson, said Nicole Lyons, GCISD’s executive director of communications.

6. AT&T to build new 54-acre global headquarters campus in Plano
News of AT&T's plan to move its global headquarters to a new 54-acre campus in Plano’s Legacy District continues to trend in DFW. The new headquarters will be located at 5400 Legacy Drive, which is part of the former Ross Perot Electronic Data Systems campus at the intersection of Parkwood Boulevard and Legacy Drive.
