Stonebriar Centre is set to welcome new tenants in 2026. The new tenants will include a mix of clothing retailers and a restaurant, including Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters and Little Woodrow’s Bar & Grill.

2. H-E-B set to build 51,599 square-foot electronic fulfillment center in Frisco
An H-E-B fulfillment center could soon be coming to Frisco, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. The 51,599 square-foot building, which will be located at FM 423 and US 380 in Frisco, has an estimated construction cost of $14,439,910. The construction project is slated to begin in July 2026 and be completed by June 2027.

4. Avelo Airlines signs on as 1st commercial service provider at McKinney National Airport
McKinney National Airport’s future commercial service terminal has its first airline partner. Avelo Airlines, based in Houston, is the first airline to sign an agreement and commit to supporting development and operation of the airport’s passenger terminal. The airline will announce a launch date and the nonstop destinations it will serve from TKI a few months prior to the opening of the commercial terminal.

6. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport board approves additional work on Terminal F, Skylink Station
The Terminal F construction will cost $1.6 billion, part of DFW Forward, a $9 billion investment. Terminal F will be the international airport's sixth terminal and is expected to open in 2027.
