​​With all precincts reporting in Collin County and Denton County, unofficial voting results show incumbent Angelia Pelham was re-elected to the Frisco City Council, Place 3 seat with 8,963 votes, or 64.46%.

John Redmond secured 4,941 votes, or 35.54%.

​​With 103 precincts reporting in Collin County and Denton County, incumbent Angelia Pelham is maintaining the lead in the race for Frisco City Council, Place 3 with 7,133 votes, or 64.27%. Opponent John Redmond follows with 3,966 votes, or 35.73%.

Collin County and Denton County have released early voting totals for the Frisco City Council Place 3 race.

The candidates are John Redmond and incumbent Angelia Pelham. According to unofficial results, Pelham has 6,308 votes, or 64.86% of the votes, and Redmond follows with 3,418 votes at 35.14%.
