The new eatery, which will be located near the intersection of Main Street and Teel Parkway, will serve modern American cuisine including paninis, smash burgers, chicken fried steak, salads and more. Some items not considered American fare, including fish and chips made with fresh cod, chicken scallopini and salmon teriyaki bowls will also be available.
The new Frisco concept will also offer a variety of alcoholic beverages. Creasy said the selection will include roughly 50% wines, 30% craft beers, with the remaining portion devoted to craft cocktails and martinis.
Many entrees will be priced around $20 and wines will have medium price points. Plans are underway to offer live music.
Red’s on Main will be housed in the space that formerly housed Maple Street Biscuit Company.
