Scott Hoffner, owner of Didi’s Downton, opened LottieBirds in Frisco. A grand opening will be scheduled in about two weeks when the murals are complete, Hoffner said.

The restaurant serves crepes, ice cream, bagels, coffee and more.
“I think they're just like the greatest vessel. You can put anything in them,” Hoffner said. “I used to do three- and five-course crepe dinners.”
