Halo Pizzeria held a soft opening April 12 at 11220 Panther Creek Parkway, Ste. 400, in Frisco, General Manager Kari Ordas said. The restaurant serves a variety of starters, salads and desserts. Its menu includes standard pizzas and specialty pizzas sized at 14 inches or 18 inches. The restaurant also serves pizza by the slice on weekdays from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Dine-in and carryout options are available, Ordas said. Delivery services are coming soon. Halo Pizzeria is a New York-style pizza concept thought up by four Frisco residents, according to its website. 2. Pizza Jukebox
Pizza Jukebox, a robot-run pizza place, and Red Mango, a frozen yogurt shop, celebrated its official grand opening inside Walmart at 16066 SH 121, Frisco, on June 13. Pizza Jukebox and its robot-run pizza kitchen offers customers both a meal and entertainment, according to a news release. 3. Spin Pizza
Spin Pizza is slated to open at 4387 Main St., Frisco, in early August, according to a news release from the company. Once open, the new location will serve up a wide variety of signature pizza combinations, such as pineapple and prosciutto, chicken and goat cheese, sausage and apple, pesto chicken, and more, according to its website. Diners can also order their own custom pizza creation to enjoy. Other menu items include half or full salads, soups, sandwiches, and gelato for dessert, according to its website. 4. Napoli’s Pizza On The Go
Napoli’s Pizza On The Go is scheduled to open in Frisco at 4747 4th Army Drive, Frisco, by late summer, according to co-owner Artan Krasniqi. Once open, the restaurant will offer multiple Italian dishes, such as pizzas, baked pastas, calzones and strombolis, according to its website. 5. Russo’s New York Pizzeria
Russo’s New York Pizzeria is gearing up to open at 3400 Main St., Ste. 200, Frisco, in December. One difference between the Frisco location and the rest of the franchise is it will not serve pasta dishes, location owner Justin Arden said.
