The coffee shop, complete with an accompanying drive-thru, will serve a wide variety of hot and iced coffee drinks as well as tea. Diners can also enjoy pastries, such as cinnamon rolls, cookies and croissants.
Beignets will also be available for purchase, a treat not many Texas restaurants offer, Elliott said.
