Work on Frisco Medical Pavilion II at 12950 Dallas Parkway will begin later this year, according to a news release from real estate firm Transwestern Real Estate Services. The building, which will be developed by Dallas-based real estate firm Caddis, will hold a lobby, elevator cabs with capacity for gurneys and potentially an ambulatory surgical center on the first floor.
A 15,000-square-foot outdoor wellness area is also included in the plans, the release states. Other exterior features include a covered patient drop-off area and on-site parking.
“Building on the success of our Frisco Medical Pavilion development, which broke ground in 2018 and is now 100% leased, we are excited to begin the development of Frisco Medical Pavilion II in the fast-growing Frisco, Texas, market,” said W. Todd Jensen, executive vice president of investments for Caddis, in the release.
Transwestern Real Estate Services will provide agency leasing services for the building, according to the release and has found “an intensified demand for quality space” in the region around Frisco. Transwestern associate Brooke Sutherland said in the release that Frisco Medical Pavillion II will be an “excellent opportunity for specialty medical practices.”
“Well-positioned properties are likely to capture a greater share of market activity and outperform in 2022 and beyond,” the release states.
The building is expected to be complete by summer 2023. Visit www.caddis.com and www.transwestern.com for more information.
