The 16-story building is the tallest in Frisco so far, and features a Neighborhood Services restaurant, ballrooms, meeting rooms, a rooftop pool and lobby bar.
First floor
From the first floor of the hotel, guests have access to Neighborhood Services, the lobby bar and the Charlotte Jones Collection, a retail shop with clothes and accessories.

The hotel includes 12,000 square feet of event and meeting space, including the Star Ballroom on the second floor.
Fourth floor
Located on the fourth floor, the rooftop pool can hold up to 400 guests and features an infinity pool, a full-service kitchen, cabanas and fire pits. The arbors on the deck are curved to mimic the stitching on a football.
