A new corporate office building at The Star in Frisco could be the new home of Keurig Dr Pepper, according to media reports. Frisco City Council voted to sell a 2.49-acre plot of land north of the Dallas Cowboys headquarters during the Feb. 19 meeting. Blue Star Land plans to build a corporate office building that is at least 300,000 square feet. A spokesperson for Keurig Dr Pepper and city officials would not confirm whether the company plans to move to The Star. Blue Star Land will purchase the land for nearly $600,000 and will begin construction on the building by this August. The building is expected to be complete by 2021.
