7. Ivy Beauty Institute
The beauty school is now enrolling students for classes starting in April, owner Ketia Bradley said. It will teach a mix of aesthetics and massage at its new location in Frisco, Bradley said. She said the curriculum will prepare students to work at med spas and alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

The sportswear retailer signed a lease for a 16,653 square feet space at Aurora, the 18-story residential tower within the 217-acre mixed-use development, according to a Feb. 12 news Wilks Development news release. Wilks is the developer behind Firefly Park.

The swim school offers infant swim lessons, toddler swim lessons and children’s swimming classes for ages 4 months to 12 years old. According to the filing, the finish out of an existing 7,909 square-foot tenant space will include interior demolition for new construction. The estimated construction cost of $750,000. The project is slated to begin construction in March and scheduled for completion in July.
