Several new businesses are on the horizon for Frisco in 2026, including a new cafe and market, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant and new shops in Stonebriar Centre. This list is not comprehensive.

1. Commissary

Commissary, a concept from Headington Companies, is set to open next year in Frisco's Hall Park. Commissary is a cafe, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar and neighborhood market and offers various bakery items, breakfast tacos, lattes and on-the-go lunches. Its market offers beer and wine, gelato, frozen soups, breads and fresh-baked pastries.2. Andalous Fresh Mediterranean

The modern, fast-casual eatery will feature a dining experience that combines buffet-style service with plated dishes. Cold items, including fresh dips, salads and toppings will be available buffet-style while proteins will be plated fresh from the kitchen.3. Portillo’s

Portillo’s broke ground on its first Frisco location Dec. 11. A variety of Portillo’s signature menu items will be available at the new Frisco location, including Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-grilled burgers and chocolate cake.

4. Slice House by Tony Gemignani


The fast-casual pizza franchise was founded by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani. Slice House by Tony Gemignani features pizzas sold by the slice or whole. Beyond pizzas, Slice House offers pasta dishes, including a gemelli pasta with vodka tomato cream sauce, salads and various Italian desserts, such as spumoni, cannoli and gelato.5. Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters is set to open a store in Frisco's Stonebriar Centre. The lifestyle retail store, which is headquartered in Pennsylvania, sells clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women, as well as home decoration items, beauty products and more.
