Real estate brokerage company Compass expanded to a new office in Frisco’s Hall Park development April 9, according to a news release.

What happened?

Compass has moved into a new 14,000-square-foot space at 2595 N. Dallas Parkway. The new office will serve as a central hub for Compass real estate agents and teams, according to the news release.



“The grand opening of the new Compass office in Hall Park marks an exciting new chapter for our regional growth and commitment to providing exceptional service to agents and clients serving North Texas,” said Bryan Pacholski, senior managing director of Compass Dallas-Fort Worth, in a statement. “The office will serve as a dynamic hub for collaboration, innovation and client engagement, further strengthening our position as a luxury real estate leader in Dallas-Fort Worth.”


The new office expands the brokerage’s footprint in the DFW market, which saw a 100% increase in ultra-luxury home sales in 2023, according to the news release.
