Kelly's Cajun Grill, known for its bourbon chicken, is opening a new location inside Frisco's Stonebriar Centre at 2601 Preston Road, Frisco, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction has not started yet, but a spokesperson for Stonebriar Centre said it is likely to be complete sometime this spring. www.facebook.com/kellyscajungrill
