A California-based company, Homebound, has purchased over 1,000 home lots across North Texas, including more than 40 in Flower Mound, according to a news release.
The lots within The Villas at Lakeside, which are single-family residences within the 160-acre Lakeside mixed-use development, will be the first project Homebound starts on, per the news release.

The 44 lots acquired by Homebound sit near Lakeside Parkway, according to a map of the community. Home prices within Homebound’s portion of The Villas at Lakeside start at $1.79 million, with home sizes ranging from around 2,800 square feet to over 3,700 square feet, per Homebound’s website.
The company plans to build Mediterranean-style villas within Lakeside, and will be the final single-family homes in the Lakeside Village part of the development, per the news release.

- Swan Lake in Dallas
- Park Place and Mosaic in Prosper
- Westhill Parks in Mansfield
The company is contracted for more than 1,065 lots in North Texas, per the news release.
