The specifics
The campus is located at 810 FM 407, Argyle, and will be the fourth campus to open in Argyle since 2019. It will serve prekindergarten through fifth grade and will open to start the 2027-28 school year, according to a district social media post.
The elementary school will include 61 classrooms and a capacity for 850 students, and the guaranteed maximum price for the project is not to exceed $49.32 million, according to previous reporting.
