“It’s going to be something you’re not going to see everywhere,” she said. “And it will switch up. We also have a small market where you can pick up cold-chilled family meals for four.”
The market, which will launch later this November, will offer soups, lasagnas, charcuterie boards, dish-ware, trays, towels, salads and dressings, Fernandes said.
The restaurant will serve a wide variety of food, including the a blackened chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and creole aioli, a gourmet grilled cheese with brie, white cheddar, mozzarella and swiss on sourdough, and rocky mountain kabobs, which includes beef, chicken, tzatziki sauce, wild rice and grilled vegetables, general manager Crystal Baldwin said.
Fernandes is still working on adding patio furniture, fixing up the fireplace and renovating a delivery truck to start delivering meals in January, she said.
