Salad and Go has announced the closure 41 locations across Texas and Oklahoma, including several restaurants in North Texas, according to a news release.

Salad and Go’s menu includes salads, wraps and soups. All of the closing locations ceased operations in mid-September. A full list of closures and stores remaining open in North Texas is available online. Closing locations include:
  • Flower Mound, located at 1201 Flower Mound Road
  • Fort Worth, located at 12556 N. Beach St.
  • Fort Worth, located at 3416 SH 114
  • Frisco, located at 355 Lebanon Road
  • Plano, located at 3401 Midway Road
  • Prosper, located at 4620 W. University Drive
According to an emailed statement, company officials plan to maintain a presence in the Dallas area and use the closures to focus on strengthening the presence in North Texas. Salad and Go will also continue to operate its restaurants in Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas.

“While this moment is difficult, we know the change will ultimately give us the foundation we need to grow stronger and make delicious, nutritious food accessible to all,” CEO Mike Tattersfield said in an emailed statement.
