The Scoop is connected to Little Joe's Farmstead and customers can order from inside the restaurant or from the window outside, Shift Lead Esmeralda Basquaz said. There will be outdoor seating as well, she added.
Pastries, cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies, croissants, scones and ice cream served with toppings and a waffle cone will be offered, Shift Lead Lauren Wichterich said. A new bakery sandwich will also be served in the upcoming days, which will have ham and rosemary in it, she added.
The hours will be slightly different from Little Joe's regular hours, with the shop open from noon-8 p.m., Basquaz said.
Little Joe's owner, Jim Reid, received a $100,000 grant from Argyle's Municipal Development District to fund the necessary equipment to bring this ice cream shop to life.
Little Joe’s Farmstead opened in October, Community Impact previously reported. The restaurant offers sandwiches, coffee, enchiladas, soup, burgers and salad.
