The menu includes dishes such as chicken tikka masala, samosas, pakoras and garlic naans, which are baked fresh according to Spice & Tonic’s website. During lunch service, diners can order a thali, which includes a variety of dishes, company staff said.
Spice & Tonic is owned by Chef Joginder Cheema, who has over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry. The restaurant has another location in Minnesota that operates in Minneapolis.
