Patrons who drop by over 20 days of March can receive a free jumbo pizza slice. Each day from March 1-23—besides Sundays when the pizza shop is closed—will have its own featured topping or type, such as pepperoni or Mediterranean, for the free slices.
Owners Erik and Ronda Bauer live in Flower Mound, and they said their first day, Feb. 15, was busy. Besides pizza, the restaurant offers strombolis, calzones, homemade pretzels and salads, according to its menu. Heavenly Crust also serves appetizers and desserts.
The restaurant has three crusts—Manhattan style, heavenly, and 12-inch gluten-friendly cauliflower—and Erik Bauer created the heavenly crust recipe. Pizzas come in 18-inch and 12-inch sizes as well as jumbo slices. The restaurant donates half of its profits to Christian charities. The restaurant offers delivery and carryout but no dine-in service. The delivery zone is within 5 miles of the restaurant.
