A grand opening ceremony, which included a ribbon-cutting, at the new 207-unit luxury apartment complex was held April 15.

Residents began moving into Thirty-One Eleven Sunset in early March, around the time construction wrapped up on the building. The complex has a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom tower apartments, penthouses and townhomes, according to its website.
Thirty-One Eleven Sunset also has on-site amenities, including:
- A 24-hour concierge service and an on-site lifestyle director and management team
- A private 15th-floor dining space and a rooftop swimming pool on the sixth floor
- A 24-hour fitness center, golf simulator and guest suites, which can be reserved for visitors
- Ground floor retail and restaurant space totaling 6,000 square feet on the ground floor
