Realty Capital Residential, which is based in Dallas, finished construction of Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, a 16-story, 207-unit luxury apartment complex, per the release. Residents began moving into the complex in early March, Realty Capital Residential Development Manager Zack Conley said in the release.
“Finishing construction on our second high-rise residential tower in Lakeside Village is a huge accomplishment for both our team and the overall development,” President of Realty Capital Residential Alexander Brown said in the release. “Lakeside Village is truly a legacy project, and we are fortunate to benefit from the uniqueness of the development and the breathtaking lake views that are essentially non-existent anywhere else in North Texas.”
What you need to know
The project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom tower apartments, penthouses and townhomes with rents starting at $4,000 per month. Realty Capital Residential also constructed a five-story enclosed parking structure for residents, which will include reserved parking spaces.
According to the news release, amenities on-site include:
- A 24-hour concierge service and an on-site lifestyle director and management team
- A private 15th-floor dining space and a rooftop swimming pool on the sixth floor
- A 24-hour fitness center, golf simulator and guest suites, which can be reserved for visitors
- Ground floor retail and restaurant space totaling 6,000 square feet on the ground floor

General contractor Archer Western, which is a division of The Walsh Group, broke ground on Thirty-One Eleven Sunset in December 2022. A construction loan for the project was approved by Barings, while Realty Capital Residential and Chicago-based Creek Lane Capital provided equity for the development, per the news release.
Lakeside Village is a 160-acre, $2.5 billion mixed-use development that includes around 2,500 residences, over 40 retailers and restaurants, offices and public amenities.
Looking ahead
The last phase of development, which includes Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, is underway on the final 40 acres of Lakeside Village. Further projects include the construction of Hotel Miramar, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.
The hotel, along with a six-story office building, nature space, and the plaza and restaurant areas, are expected to open in 2027, as previously reported by Community Impact.
