Realty Capital Management is partnering with Van Trease Architectural Designs to form Villas by Van Trease, the exclusive design and build firm that will create and construct homes in the Lakeside Village community.
Villas by Van Trease has already broken ground on lots for 10 villa homes in Lakeside, according to a Sept. 5 news release. The homes will take 10 to 12 months to build and represent the first of 58 homes planned for the community in total.
The villas will be located south of Lakeside Tower within the 40 acres of land being developed with high-rise living options, hotels, retail shops and more, according to the news release.
A closer look
Home prices will start at $2 million and only 21 homes will be sold in the development’s initial phase.
The villas will feature traditional Mediterranean architecture and custom quality finishes, and will range in size from 2,700 square feet to 3,800 square feet, according to the news release.
About the owners
Third-generation master builder Corey Van Trease has built custom estate homes in Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Flower Mound and Argyle. He’s also built and sold homes around Lakeside, including seven condominium villas, two poolside bungalows and eight three-story townhomes.
