Champagne and Cake

Champagne and Cake is bringing a unique bakery and wine bar concept to Flower Mound, owner Melani Fisher said.

“It’s like a swanky wine bar with different cakes,” Fisher said. “It will be a great after-dinner spot.”


In addition to a champagne wine bar and cake, the business will offer charcuterie boards, custom cakes and a unique cake-tasting experience.MaxStrength Fitness

MaxStrength Fitness is expected to open in Flower Mound in October, owner Debra Goodlett said.

The business, which offers 20-minute sessions with a private trainer for customers twice a week, was scheduled to open in August, but was delayed due to the construction permitting process, Goodlett said.

Goodlett said she is excited to bring this franchise to the community.

Strong Pilates

Fitness studio Strong Pilates is coming soon to the Shops at Highland Village.

The business offers “a unique workout experience that fuses Pilates, cardio, and strength into one full-body burn,” according to its website.


Construction is expected to begin Oct. 20 and wrap up in December. The 3,400-square-foot renovation is estimated to cost $400,000.

Town Lake

Home sales within the Toll Brothers Town Lake community, which is located in western Flower Mound, are expected to begin next year, according to a news release.


Home prices within Town Lake are expected to start at $1.7 million with interior sizes ranging from 3,782 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. The sales that are set to begin in 2026 are for the final phase of the development, per the news release.

Residents within Town Lake will be zoned for Lewisville ISD schools, according to the Toll Brothers website.

The Real Estate Station


The Real Estate Station moved locations in Argyle to be more centrally located in the new and fast-growing areas of the community, Marketing Manager Meg Sommer said.

The Real Estate Station was originally located in "the little yellow and green house" off US 377, in downtown Argyle, Sommer said. This location will be the new home for Argyle Party and Gifts, she added.

The agency was the first in Argyle, opening in 1987 before co-owners Dave and Kathy Salisbury took ownership, Sommer said.

Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch

A pumpkin patch operated in Flower Mound has permanently closed, according to a post on social media.

The patch offered hayrides, children’s activities and sold pumpkins of various sizes at a farm in town.
