Renovations are planned for a retail space in The Shops at Highland Village, which is expected to house a Warby Parker, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Per the filing, construction to build non-structural partitions, casework, and fixtures has an estimated cost of $407,550. Work is expected to begin in May and wrap up in August, according to the filing.
