A project has been filed with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for Aspen Gift House and includes renovations and alteration of an existing 2,785 square foot retail space. Construction is set to begin on Feb. 17 with a completion date scheduled for Aug. 18 at an estimated cost of $75,000, according to the filing.
The shop is privately owned and not part of a chain, according to The Shops at Highland Village staff. The gift shop will be occupying a space previously home to Zumiez and will be in between Daily Thread and Learning Express Toys of Highland Village Texas, which relocated to the space in 2023.
