The cafe, previously called To-a-Tea Latte Bar, changed owners and shut down for a month. Emma Li now owns Tea Labo and hosted a grand opening for the business on Aug. 16. Tea Labo serves various drinks, including fruit teas, milk teas, matcha, chai and smoothies.VIO Med Spa

Kay Thibodeaux, a graduate of chocolate making institute Ecole Chocolat and member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association, will open The Touring Chocolatier in Lakeside DFW in October.

Just like at the company’s Northlake location, which opened in 2021, this shop will offer truffle-making classes and sell a variety of chocolates. Thibodeaux said she plans to extend her menu by adding baked goods such as baguettes, pastries and bread.Texas Paint & Wallpaper

Construction is underway with an expected completion date at the beginning of November, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. In addition to offering paints and stains for residential and commercial projects, the company also offers residential design services, wall coverings and color consultations, according to its website.AutoZone

A new AutoZone is coming to Flower Mound, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. Work on the auto parts store is expected to be finished next year, per the filing. The Memphis-based business sells automotive replacement parts, accessories and vehicle maintenance items.
