Huntington Drive
Hunting Drive is closed between Sun Valley Drive and Hercules Lane for utilities and pavement replacements. The road closed Oct. 20 and is scheduled to reopen in late March, according to a city staff report.
Bonnie Brae Street
Bonnie Brae Street is closed for embankment work and drainage installations from Willowwood Street to Parvin Street. City officials expect that portion of the road to reopen Dec. 19. The street is currently undergoing a roughly $145 million renovation project.
Margie Street
Construction crews are currently installing sewer lines along Margie Street between Avenue A and McCormick Street.
Welch Street
Welch Street between Mulberry Street and Hickory Street is closed while crews replace the asphalt as part of the 2019 Neighborhood 6 bond program. The road is expected to reopen in early January.
Emery Street
Crews are currently rebuilding Emery Street from Alice Street through the end of Emery Street as part of the Neighborhood 2 bond package. Crews began work on curbs and gutters, according to a December construction update. City officials expect to complete the work on Feb. 13, 2026, according to a staff report.
