North Texas-based medical service provider TotalCare will open a new emergency room on West University Drive in mid-2026, Marketing Director Kelly Palms said.

TotalCare is a 24-hour emergency room without the long waits at traditional hospital ERs, according to its website.

The new facility will offer urgent care, family medicine, behavior health services, accident and injury care and workers compensation.

TotalCare currently has one other location in Denton on Teasley Lane, according to the company’s website. There are more than 15 locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Argyle, Fort Worth and Frisco.
