McNair Elementary will receive various renovations, including changes to flooring, paint, plumbing and fencing. The project cost also includes $1.91 million in project fees, bringing the total price tag to $21.21 million.
Sam Houston Elementary is set to see changes made to its insulation, new tiling, new painting and other various equipment upgrades, among other renovations, according to district documents. The elementary school's construction cost includes $1.84 million for project fees. With this, the total cost of the project is expected to be $20.06 million.
