Breakfast chain Waffle House plans to build a new restaurant in Denton, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction of the new restaurant could begin in November, per the filing, and wrap up in April 2026. The projected cost for the restaurant, which will total 1,840 square feet, is $300,000.

Waffle House serves all-day breakfast including waffles, hashbrown bowls and omelets. The menu also includes burgers and patty melts.
