New affordable multifamily housing is coming to Denton.
Workers broke ground on Arbor Ranch, a new 297-unit affordable housing complex in Denton on March 19, according to a news release from multifamily housing developer The NRP Group.
Amenities at the complex include a pool, community lounge, playground and barbecue and picnic areas, the release states.

Initial rent will range from $565-$2,200 with an average monthly rate of $1,558, according to the release.
Looking ahead
The release states the complex is scheduled to complete construction on its first units and open for leasing in 2027.
