Cocktail bar The Hydeout near Fry Street and the University of North Texas closed in at the end of February, property manager Allen Feltman said.
The tenants were locked out for nonpayment and the space on Avenue A is currently up for lease, he said.
The Hydeout offered several specialty cocktails, such the Spring Break, a mix of vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, melon liqueur and blue island punch, according to its menu.
The space also hosted events like a Barbie-themed party and a May the Fourth Star Wars party, according to the company website.
