Stream Realty Partners—a national real estate services, development and investment firm—will build a 152,000-square-foot development in Frisco Park 25, a 216-acre industrial park in Frisco.

PowerSecure Lighting, a division of PowerSecure, Inc., is a provider of LED lighting products and will serve as the anchor tenant of the new development by Stream Realty Partners. PowerSecure Lighting will secure 76,000 square feet within the development for its North Texas corporate headquarters.

“We’re pleased to welcome an innovative technology and manufacturing company like PowerSecure Lighting as a new corporate citizen of Frisco,” Jim Gandy,Frisco Economic Development Corp. president, said in a news release. “Frisco Park 25 is a great fit for the company’s plan to combine lighting division headquarters with distribution space for growing its business.”

Construction on the development will begin later this year and it is expected to be complete in 2018.

“This will be one of the first properties to be developed within Frisco Park 25,” Bob Hagewood, Stream Realty Partners senior vice president, said in a news release. “We’re excited to deliver a high-quality building for PowerSecure Lighting, with excellent access and best-in-market features. In addition, our team is actively pursuing corporate users to lease the balance of the building. We are bullish on the Frisco market and feel there is a lot of pent-up demand for this product type that we will be able to accommodate.”

Frisco Park 25 is owned by the FEDC, which will sell plots of the land to companies for building office and manufacturing space. The park, located at the northwest corner of Rockhill Parkway and Preston Road, is being marketed toward regional and corporate headquarters with a focus on tech and light industry.
