Agave & Ember Mexican Cuisine is coming to Allen this summer, owner Blanca Basinger said.

The menu will feature homemade Mexican food with several healthy and gluten-free options, Basinger said. Agave & Ember Mexican Cuisine will also offers brunch.

A 2,924-square-foot renovation project for the planned restaurant space is expected to cost $300,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
