Mobile popsicle cart vendor King of Pops announced it will be setting up shop as a franchised vendor in the Cypress community on March 11.

Franchise owner Anne Peavler said she liked the King of Pops colorful popsicle cart idea as a way of creating a "community centered experience."
“Popsicles bring people together,” said Peavler. “Whether you're coming from a soccer game, a bike ride, or just driving by, I wanted to create a spot where families and friends can stop for a quick treat and leave with a smile.”
