Tenant buildout of the new location along Elyson Exchange Way is set to begin in late April, according to a Jan. 31 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction is expected to wrap up by the end of July, the TDLR filing shows, but the exact opening date of the new café is unknown as of press time.
Coco Crepes & Coffee has 10 franchise locations across the Greater Houston area, including a café in the Boardwalk at Towne Lake in Cypress that opened in 2020, according to Community Impact.
