Nataly Adan, a family nurse practitioner, said that after 20 years in the medical field, she opened her own practice, Timeless Health & Wellness, on May 15, 2025, to provide the personalized care her patients needed.
“At my previous places of employment, I was seeing patients, and had back-to-back appointments, and I was expected to see them in a certain period of time, and I felt like I wasn't giving the proper education or the proper time to be able to really go over everything with them,” Adan said. “So I wanted to create something different where patients feel heard, understood and fully involved in their care.”
Staying local
Adan, a Cypress resident since 2009, said at Timeless Health & Wellness, she wanted to create a space for patients with a focus on long-term health.
From wellness to aesthetics, Adan offers services such as hormone therapy, medical weight loss, Botox and anti-aging injection services.
“I think the big thing with hormones and with weight loss is helping the patients achieve their goals ... and helping them feel like themselves again,” Adan said.

With a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Adan's comprehensive background spans primary care, women’s health, intensive care and perioperative care.
“What really sets us apart here at Timeless Health is the time and attention we give each patient,” Adan said. “We take a comprehensive approach, looking at symptoms, running labs, creating a personalized plan, including lifestyle changes, not just prescriptions.”

The details
Adan said symptoms that may indicate a hormonal imbalance include trouble sleeping, mood swings, fatigue and low energy levels. By focusing closely on each patient’s symptoms, Adan said she is able to identify underlying issues and subtle changes in overall well-being that may not always appear in laboratory results.
Through its medically guided weight loss treatments utilizing GLP-1s—or Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 medications—Adan emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced diet and physical activity to safely lose the appropriate weight.
“[GLP-1s] are very beneficial to patients that need to lose weight, and they've been struggling, and they've tried different things to help them lose weight, and they have not been able to achieve it. But it has to be done correctly,” Adan said.
Otherwise, Adan said, patients can end up with the opposite effect: losing muscle and gaining fat. To closely monitor a patient's progress, Adan has a body composition scale so patients can measure their body fat, muscle and bone mass.
This summer, Adan said she is expanding her services to include laser hair removal.
