Alexan Cypress Creek apartment officials said the new apartment complex opened in Cypress on April 15 due to the demand for housing.
“The substantial increase in population in Cypress over the past few years demonstrates the growing desirability to live in and around Bridgeland and Towne Lake,” Paighton Hagenlocher, regional manager with ZRS Management, in an email.
