Joe Duong, owner of The Shack Burger Resort in Cypress, announced Saturday on Facebook that a new location would be opening in April. Huber Tennis Ranch will house the new restaurant at 15719 Mueschke Road, Cypress. Featured burgers on the menu include the Mac & Cheese Burger, The Holy Guac and the Grease & Weasel, which is served between two honeybuns. Diners can also find cheese fries, fried pies and local beers on the menu.
